The Crisis Management and Multinational Operations College (CMMOC) was established on 1st of October 2005 as a result of the PfP Regional Training Centre (PfPRTC) transformation. Along with the reshaped PfP RTC it also comprises the new created Crisis Management Training Centre (CMTC).

As an element of the National Defense University "Carol I" in Bucharest the CMMOC is to educate and train personnel from EAPC and Mediterranean Dialogue (MD) countries in NATO doctrine and procedures, multinational, crisis management and CIMIC operations

The CMMOC was accredited as a PfP Training Centre under the name of PfP Regional Training Centre in April 1999.

The language of the CMMOC courses is English.
